Diraa is a sourcing marketplace platform that connects users seeking products or services with verified local Guides who help locate and facilitate the purchase of those items. Our platform provides:
- Product request submission system
- Guide matching services
- Communication facilitation between users and Guides
- Transaction coordination support
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent product requests
- Attempting to circumvent our platform for direct transactions
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Using the service for illegal activities or products
4. Guide Terms
4.1 Guide Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product information and pricing
- Maintain professional communication with users
- Deliver products as described and within agreed timeframes
- Comply with all applicable business licences and regulations
4.2 Commission Structure
Guide commission rates and payment terms will be clearly outlined in separate Guide agreements and may vary based on product categories and transaction volumes.
5. Payments and Transactions
5.1 Transaction Processing
All transactions are facilitated through our platform. We may use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely.
5.2 Refunds and Disputes
Refund policies will depend on the specific product and Guide terms. We provide dispute resolution services to help resolve conflicts between users and Guides.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Diraa and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Diraa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
